With Netflix slowly diminishing their collection of Disney movies, would you rather stay with the Netflix Originals or binge watch the Disney classics?

Disney Plus is an American subscription video on-demand streaming service owned and operated by the Direct-to-Consumer & International division of The Walt Disney Company. (CNET) As many know, Netflix is an American media-services provider and production company headquartered in Los Gatos, California, founded in 1997 by Reed Hastings and Marc Randolph in Scotts Valley, California. (Netflix) Netflix and Disney Plus are both on-demand streaming services for watching TV shows and films.

Ever since Disney Plus launched in November of 2019, people have been trying to decide whether Netflix or Disney Plus is better. There are many other streaming services online (Hulu, HBO Go, Amazon Prime Video), but none have been as much of the market as Netflix, which has become a home for original drama, comedy specials, kids’ TV and animation, and a wide range of other genres. In an interview, Stephan Paternot, CEO of film finance marketplace Slated, for his take on Disney’s come up, he said “Disney will probably utterly dominate across the board”.

Disney Plus costs $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year in the US. While Netflix’s $8.99 per month Basic plan. Price is another major factor of why customers may prefer Disney Plus.

After all, what’s your choice? Netflix or Disney Plus?
